Keystone West Ranch

As defined in the KWR Architectural Standards and Procedures, all new construction, additions, and exterior changes require review and approval by the Keystone Neighborhood Company (KNC) Design Review Board (DRB).  This ensures that the homes

  • are "indigenous to the physical and historical context of the West Ranch"  and
  • "incorporate native and natural materials, simple forms, sensitive siting and in general be unassuming in character."
