HOA DUES - WHAT IS INCLUDED?The following items are included in your monthly HOA Dues: |
KWR-HOA Member Services:
- KWR road maintenance (gravel removal, patching, resurfacing, snow plowing and sanding)
- Tennis / pickleball court: shared access and maintenance
- Pool: shared access and upkeep
- Central garbage and recycling (dumpsters, etc.) at the shared maintenance corner
- Postal (USPS) pedestal boxes and cover (shared with other ranch HOAs)
- Landscaping and general maintenance on KWR-HOA land, the shared maintenance corner, and The Ranch entrance:
- Tree scale treatment, pheromone patches, removal, and stump
- Noxious weed control (spraying, etc.)
- Entrance plants and watering
- Fire mitigation
- Video surveillance at entrance, shared maintenance corner, ranch restaurant barn, and the pool.
- The All Ranch Picnic (location, meals, and supplies)
- Member and Board meetings
- Other HOA services as managed by Basic Property Management
- HOA Legal services
- HOA Tax Preparation services
- HOA Insurance
